Team Experience

Objective: Create unforgettable memories and develop as a team by experiencing life as an Atlético de Madrid player.

Program Overview: The Team Experience program is designed for teams and groups from all over the world to come to Madrid and immerse themselves in the unique footballing environment of Atlético de Madrid Academy. Teams will participate in collective training sessions, friendly matches, and exclusive activities that will give them a deep understanding of the club’s renowned methodology and values.

  • Friendly Matches

    Play two friendly games against male or female teams from Atlético de Madrid Academy, tailored to match your team’s profile.

  • Elite Training Sessions

    Engage in five collective training sessions led by the Academy's technical staff, designed to enhance both team and individual skills.

  • Atleti Talks and Methodology

    • Learn about Atlético de Madrid’s history and values such as responsibility, commitment, teamwork, and respect during exclusive talks by the club’s experts.
    • Attend a methodology lecture provided by Atlético de Madrid staff, delving into the club’s training methods and development philosophy.

  • Exclusive Tours and Games

    • Enjoy a private tour of the Civitas Metropolitano Stadium and the Territorio Atleti Museum, offering a firsthand experience of the “ATM Feeling.”
    • Watch an Atlético de Madrid Academy home game and learn from the best.

  • Official Academy Experience

    Each participant will receive an Official Atlético de Madrid training kit and a Development Certificate upon completion of the program.

  • Who Is It For?

    This program is available for boys and girls aged 8-18, with no minimum number of participants required. The experience can be customized to fit the specific needs of your team.
